An ongoing reading of al-Fanari’s commentary on al-Abhari’s Isaghuji, led by ASIPT Director Dr. Harun Spevack, whose draft translation of Fanari’s text, along with slides and diagrams help unpack the dense yet popular seminary text. Participants collectively read and discuss al-Fanari’s text, alongside multiple commentaries, and discussed various solutions to some of the more challenging statements in Fanari’s commentary.
